After my idea generation process I narrowed all my ideas down to 3 main ideas where I dove deeper into the details of each idea. Once i had these 3 ideas i pitched it to a group of around 6/7 people where I discussed my ideas and let the group decide on what ideas sound the best and which is the most plausible.

Idea 1 - Record Pool for Smartphones SHORT OVERVIEW Record Pools are websites and a way for DJ’s to discover and download new music in the modern era of online music streaming. Most Record pools are only available to be used with a laptop or a computer making discovering and downloading new music on the go a tedious task. My idea is to create a record pool which can be used on your phone and then be able to plug in an adapter which will allow the files to be transferred from your app library to a USB. WHO IS IT FOR This app will be designed for DJs who want to be able to download new music on the go. PROS & CONS Pros: Very Portable Can be used anywhere with WiFi/ Mobile Data Cons: Need a internet connection to use the app Lightning Port is USB 2.0 (Slower Download Times) Need USB Adapter USB adapter needs Apple Certification DEVICES IT USES Smartphone/Tablet USB Adapter HOW IT WORKS The user will download the app and purchase a subscription plan (Yearly/Monthly) based on how many downloads they can get. The user will scroll through the record pool library or search for individual Songs,Artists,Albums etc… When the user finds the track’s they want they can add them to their favorites or straight to the download queue. From the download queue they can plug in their adapter to the smart device to detect thier USB, Once detected they can download the tracks onto their USB Additional Features: Track Editor Curated Playlists Link to their DJ Software on laptop to cloud sync the new songs to library

Idea 2 - Movie Tracker SHORT OVERVIEW This App will allow users to pin upcoming movies to their library and get a countdown to its release, where they can watch it and movies that are similar to it. WHO IS IT FOR This app will primarily be aimed at Movie lovers, or people who struggle to pick something to watch PROS & CONS Pros: Keep track of what movies are out when Allows you to find new movies based on movies you liked previously Cons: Requires a large database Requires a AI to choose similar movies DEVICES IT USES Smartphone HOW IT WORKS You will create a account Browse for your movie (Search, Most Popular, Genre) Once clicked on the movie will show: ● Ratings(If Available) ● Trailer ● Release date ● Closest Showing ● Similar Movies ● Cast Add button to add movie to library Click My Movies tab and will show list of all ur added movies with how many days till release.

Idea 3 - Insight Manager SHORT OVERVIEW An app which allows musicians to view insights on their music across multiple streaming platforms in one place WHO IS IT FOR Musicians (Bands, Singers,Producers etc) PROS & CONS Pros: Centralized Information source instead of swapping between apps Saves time Allows you to compare your engagement visually between streaming platforms Cons: Some platforms might not allow 3rd party access to information. Stores update monthly and daily stats at different times so might not be as accurate. DEVICES IT USES Smart Device (Phone/Tablet) HOW IT WORKS ● Register for an account ● Choose which stores/platforms you want to link to your account ● Sign in to each store ● Dashboard will show Current listeners in real time, Monthly listeners,Best performing platform ● A heatmap to show the density of where your fans are located and which store they use ● A graph to compare store performances on a (Daily, Weekly,Monthly and Yearly level) ● Tab to show if you were featured on any Curated playlists.
